Operetta - concert stage version

On December 31, 2007, one of the most famous operettas, Emmerich Kálmán's The Csárdás Princess, will be performed on the stage of the State Philharmonic of Oradea, accompanied by the philharmonic orchestra, with selected scenes and narration. First performed in 1915 and enjoying a dazzling career ever since, the operetta's popularity is further justified by the fact that this year marks the 125th anniversary of the birth of Kálmán Imre (1882-1953).
