Picur, a young schoolgirl, is lying at home with a high fever. Her friend, Pom Pom, comes to visit her, and together they pass the time by making up stories — inventing all kinds of exciting tales. As they create their stories together, many other characters from the world of Pom Pom also come to life. Among them is Artúr Gombóc, who loves chocolate more than anything in the world; Paint-Sneezing Hapci Benő, the famous painter, who once had difficulties fitting in with the community because of his sneezing habits; and Durrbelebumm, who is really good at just one thing — making loud bangs. And, of course, many other characters join them along the way. By the end of their adventures, we hope that not only Picur’s spirits, but her health as well, will have recovered.
