Prompter's Box – Theatre Education Program at Szigligeti

Szigligeti Theatre's theatre education program Prompter's Box, launched last spring, has arrived to its last discussion of the season. This time, the participating high school students have conversed about the comedy The Misanthrope by Molière, in a playful manner.

Theatre education program Prompter's Box aims to let high school students discuss about the social or cultural problems raised by the plays of Szigligeti Company, in an unusual, playful way. After Dangerous Liaisons and Ma Chambre Froide, this time, participants discussed about human relationships, the differences between appearance and reality, and the roles we play in society, problems raised in the play The Misanthrope. The dialogue was moderated by drama teacher and university professor Andrea Bordás, and psychologist and teacher Ida Eszteró.

Following a pre-training, the team watched the show, and proceeded to discuss it together.

Theatre education program Prompter's Box is sponsored by Bethlen Gábor Alapkezelő Zrt. Hungary.
