András Lóránt Company is coming to Oradea

The upcoming guest of the Days of Independent Theatre, organized by Szigligeti Theatre, will be András Lóránt Company. The company's leader, actor-choreographer, former competitive dancer Lóránt András is a teacher at the Tg. Mureş University of Arts.

The company's founding is connected to the launch of the Department of Choreography in Tg. Mureş. The company's five members are renting an old synagogue, a building they intend to convert into an art centre by the name House of Dance and Contemporary Art. One of the company's members, Csaba Györfi has already worked in Oradea as the director of Elektra, choreographer of The Case, and also in the play The Lesson, played in the programme of Infinite Dance Festival.

Fade Out is based on the work And What About the Cello? by Matei Vişniec. It is a physical theatre experiment about three characters who try to escape from their own lives, time and facing facts. The performance will take place on Thursday the 18th of February, at 7 pm, in the theatre's auditorium.
