The village of madmen

From the far away Africa, from the famous kingdom of Bamana a wonderful goat arrives to us. When it shakes itself and starts to dance treasures are falling from its hair. Not gold coins, diamonds or pearls but beautiful tales. One of these is about the wealthiest resident of the village Tibbó, named Kuré, the half-wit, who wanted to become the famous principal of the stupid villagers. It is in vain for the hand to hold the wand of power strongly if the head associated with that hand is utterly empty.
