Honnan és hová – the Poetry of János Arany in Budapest

To the invitation of the Hungarian Art Academy, Szigligeti Company is going on tour to Budapest on Thursday, 14 December. They will present the play Honnan és hová – the Poetry of János Arany on the stage of Pesti Vigadó. The play, presented at the 200th anniversary of the birth of the great Hungarian poet, consists of known or lesser known poems of János Arany, pieces of music composed by him, and also some autobiographical texts. Edited by dramaturgist Péter Tasnádi-Sáhy and director Eszter Novák.
