Casting

Szigligeti Theatre announces an audition for a female, soprano role in the operetta Maya by Fényes Szabolcs (directed by Novák Eszter). For the production due to be presented on the 31th of December, we are looking for an actress with musical training or experience in musical roles, or a singer interested in acting.

For the audition, applicants are required to learn and perform Maya's entrance – Luxusvonat –, as well as another song freely chosen from any genre. To apply, please send a short CV and a portrait photo to muveszetititkar.szigligeti@gmail.com. Sheet music and lyrics may also be asked for here.

The audition will take place between 8 and 14 November, at an individually agreed date, in Nagyvárad or Budapest, by demand.
