The 30-year anniversary of the death of Fényes Szabolcs

Artists of Szigligeti Theatre commemorated the 30-year anniversary of the death of Fényes Szabolcs, on Wednesday, the 12th of October.

“We don't know about any other composer whose work had transcended ages and fashion trends, and was able to renew itself over and over again. His memory will live forever through his art – 45 stage plays, 131 films and over 700 songs”– according to theatre professionals.

The Szigligeti Company of Nagyvárad will play Maya, an operetta by Fényes Szabolcs, on New Year's Eve.
