1880-2020 (Ode to Time) – premiere on Monday

Lilliput Company is preparing a nonverbal performance, directed by  Sardar Tagirovsky. The play, titled 1880-2020 (Ode to Time), will premiere on Monday, in Arcadia Theatre. Recommended for ages 16 and above.

“To me, every stageplay is about passing, the beautiful pain of passing. As long as it lasts, we are together with the audience, and we all become creators. We create a common present tense. Here, we speak about passing right from the beginning of the performance. There is no specific story. It doesn't have a plot or any specific characters, it is about humanity itself. Without words, because in this show, we communicate with what we lack. The lack of words. We become much clumsier and much more vulnerable. We pay much more attention to our gestures and feelings when we don't talk” – director  Sardar Tagirovsky.
