Fairy-tales play an important role in children's lives everywhere. We can read studies about how beneficial it is to read a bedtime story every day. Lilliput Company is launching a series called A Fairy-tale for Today. Our aim is to help children get to know the folk tales of different nations. But before we can discover other nations' fairy tales, first we need to know our own. The interactive children's show titled A Fairy-tale for Today will present three Hungarian folk tales. The first one is the well-known  Kisgömböc, into which children are easily involved, because they have heard it a lot and know it very well. Our second tale is a lesser-known one titled The Comedian Pig, which takes children into the middle of a circus show. In the third tale, The Dragon and the Smith, the well-known Hungarian folk tale character, the dragon finally appears, and it will, of course, be defeated by a child, if he or shee feels like playing the role of the smith. The athmosphere is ensured by Hungarian folk songs and decorum inspired by Hungarian folklore. The stories will be acted by Németi Emese, Stéfán Bodor Mária and Szentpéteri Lenke. The fairy-tales were selected and adapted by Botházy-Daróczi Réka. The play is 40 minutes long, and is recommended for children aged 3 and above.
